JWEBLY is more than just a web design agency — we’re a tight-knit, passionate team of creatives and technologists working together to bring digital ideas to life. Founded by Joe Enemuwe and ilyas Ali, we started JWEBLY with a simple belief: small teams can create big impact.
How It All Began
Our story started in college — Joe was already deep into the world of software developing, and programming, blending his love for technicalities and clean design. ilyas, a creative strategist and programmer with a strong eye for branding, had a knack for helping ideas grow into identities. We teamed up on a university project, discovered our synergy, and never looked back.
Fast forward to today, we’ve has delivered over 50 successful projects for clients individually and as a team ranging from local startups to international brands. Along the way, we brought on Paul Ekeh — our lead developer — whose experience in freelance development, creative tech, and full-stack solutions has added rocket fuel to our growth. Paul’s calm logic and technical wizardry perfectly balance out our design-led madness.

We’re proudly based in the UK, but we work with clients across the globe. Between the three of us, we’ve got a mix of creative energy, tech skills, marketing insights, and a good bit of sarcasm to keep things interesting.

Joe has been building websites and software projects since age 12.
ilyas once built a highly sophisticated mall smart directory system for a college project.
Paul coded his first client site on a café WiFi in Lagos — it still works perfectly.
Our team mascot is a purple robot named “Jet.”
