AI chat data: Conversations with Joe (our AI assistant) are processed in real-time by Anthropic's Claude API. Conversation history may be retained for a limited period to maintain session continuity.
Service data: For clients, workflow configuration, business process details, and integration credentials shared during service delivery.
How we use your data
Service delivery: To build, deploy, and support your automation workflows and AI agent systems.
Communication: To respond to enquiries, send project updates, and provide support.
Analytics: To understand how our website is used and improve our content and services. We use Google Analytics 4 with anonymised IP addresses.
Marketing: We may send occasional emails about services or updates. You can unsubscribe at any time. We never sell your data to third parties.

Third-party processors
Anthropic: Claude API used to power the Joe AI assistant. Anthropic processes messages in real-time and does not retain them for model training by default under API terms.
Google Analytics: Website analytics with anonymised IP addresses. You can opt out via your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out extension.
Zoho Bookings: Used to schedule discovery calls. Subject to Zoho's own privacy policy.
n8n / Make: Automation platforms used in workflow delivery. Data processed through these platforms is configured and controlled by Jwebly on behalf of the client.
